Job summary

Willing Care Recruitment Limited is recruiting for a Good Ofsted-rated nursery to hire a part-time Early Years practitioner.

You will deliver high-quality care and education in line with EYFS, plan engaging play-based activities, support children's emotional and physical development, and use the nursery's sensory room and outdoor spaces. This 20 hours per week role pays up to £21,600 per annum plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• Experience in nursery or early years setting.
• Strong EYFS knowledge and safeguarding understanding.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Warm, caring, child-centred approach to childcare.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care and education in line with EYFS.
• Plan and participate in engaging, play-based learning experiences.
• Support children's emotional, social, physical, and cognitive development.
• Make full use of the nursery's sensory room and outdoor spaces to enrich experiences.
• Observe, assess, and monitor children's progress.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
• Maintain safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery standards at all times.

What We’re Looking For

• Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
