Job summary

Willing Care Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Clinical Lead Nurse for a luxury care home in the UK. This full-time role (40 hours) offers £50,000 per year and a leadership pathway in a person-centred environment.

You will lead a clinical team, ensure safe medication, support care planning and audits, and maintain regulatory standards while delivering compassionate, hands-on care to residents and families.

Clinical Lead Nurse – £50,000 | Luxury Nursing & Residential Care Home

Our client is looking for an experienced and dedicated Clinical Lead Nurse to join their leadership team at a luxury care home offering person-centred residential, nursing, and dementia care for older adults.

As Clinical Lead Nurse, you’ll play a central part in ensuring high-quality nursing care across the home. Working closely with the Home Manager, you’ll lead and inspire a clinical team, monitor care delivery, and help maintain a safe, person-centred environment where residents feel genuinely cared for.

This is a full-time, permanent position (40 hours per week) - ideal for a Registered Nurse who is ready to take on a key leadership role while still remaining close to hands-on care.

Please note: due to the location of the service, candidates must be able to drive and have access to a vehicle.

What You’ll Need:
