Clinical Lead Nurse - £50,000 | Luxury Nursing & Residential Care Home

Our client is looking for an experienced and dedicated Clinical Lead Nurse to join their leadership team at a luxury care home offering person-centred residential, nursing, and dementia care for older adults.

As Clinical Lead Nurse, you'll play a central part in ensuring high-quality nursing care across the home. Working closely with the Home Manager, you'll lead and inspire a clinical team, monitor care delivery, and help maintain a safe, person-centred environment where residents feel genuinely cared for.
