Job summary

Find Medical is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead clinical operations in a nursing home. The Clinical Lead will provide strong clinical leadership and support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care for residents.

£51,000 per annum | 37.5 hours | Fully Supernumerary

We’re looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join a nursing home as Clinical Lead, providing strong clinical leadership and supporting the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care.

About You

• Current NMC PIN and Registered Nurse qualification


• Previous nursing home / elderly care experience


• Experience at senior nurse or clinical leadership level


• Strong clinical knowledge and leadership skills
