As Clinical Lead Nurse, your 40-hour week will include a mixture of clinical and supernumerary hours, giving you time to provide hands‑on nursing care while also overseeing clinical practice, supporting the nursing team and driving consistently high standards across the home.
Active
NMC registration as an RGN or RMN
Senior nursing experience within a nursing or care home environment
Strong clinical knowledge across
older adult nursing and dementia care
Confidence leading and supporting nurses and care colleagues
Strong knowledge of medication management, care planning and clinical risk assessments
Good understanding of
safeguarding, clinical governance and regulatory requirements
Experience with clinical audits and quality improvement
Strong communication and decision‑making skills
A compassionate, hands‑on approach to clinical leadership
£50,000 per year
Mixture of clinical and supernumerary hours
Paid enhanced DBS check
Annual leave increasing with length of service
