Job summary

Brook Street in Walsall is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a children's residential home (EBD), ensuring high-quality, child-centred care and full compliance with Ofsted regulations and the Children’s Homes Quality Standards.

You will oversee day-to-day management, care planning, staffing, budgets and quality assurance while promoting a safe, therapeutic environment and driving continuous improvement for vulnerable young people.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within a children's residential home.
• Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and Children’s Homes Quality Standards.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ongoing training and career development

Location: Walsall, West Midlands

Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum + £7,500 Welcome Bonus

Job Type: Permanent | Full Time (37.5 hours per week)

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a well-established 8-17 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

You’ll be responsible for the day‑to‑day management of the home, ensuring high-quality, child-centred care while maintaining full compliance with Ofsted regulations and the Children’s Homes Quality Standards.
