GI Group is seeking a production operative to trim turkey breasts and portion products on a fast-paced cone line. You will handle turkey products to specification, operate knives safely, and maintain high hygiene standards.
Working Tue-Sat from 6:00 AM, with shifts up to 10 hours. Training provided; pay starts at £13.02 per hour with potential increases after competency testing and overtime rates up to £21.03 per hour.
To carry out skilled turkey preparation and portioning duties safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards within a fast-paced food production environment.
Working pattern: Tuesday to Saturday, starting at 6:00 AM and working until finish. Shifts may be up to 10 hours long, depending on operational requirements.

Overtime is paid after 40 hours worked per week.
Full training will be provided. Following successful completion of the required training and formal sign-off as competent, the basic hourly rate can increase to up to £14.02 per hour, with an overtime rate of up to £21.03 per hour.
