Job summary

2 Sisters Food Group in Scunthorpe is seeking Food Production Operatives to join our team in a chilled poultry environment. You will be trained to process and handle raw chicken, adhering to food safety standards and quality targets.

No prior experience is required as full training is provided; shifts are rotating and you’ll be placed on a pattern from day one. Weekly pay on Fridays with potential for temp-to-perm after 12 weeks.

£13.00-£14.50 per hour | Weekly pay (Fridays) | Temp-to-perm opportunity

Gi Group is recruiting Food Production Operatives to work for

2 Sisters Food Group at their site in Scunthorpe. This is a hands‑on role in a chilled production environment involving raw poultry handling.

Pay

• Overtime available (rates/thresholds to be confirmed)

Monday to Saturday - rotating shift pattern (full shift):

• Week 1: AM (includes Saturday) - 06:00-14:30
• Week 2: PM - 14:30-23:00
