GI Group Holdings Recruitment Limited is seeking a turkey production operative in Hatton. You will trim turkey breasts, handle products on the cone line, and portion to specification while maintaining quality and hygiene standards.
The role requires a good level of English, reliable transport, and availability Tue–Sat from 6:00 AM with shifts up to 10 hours. Training is provided, with progression to higher rates after competency is proven.
To carry out skilled turkey preparation and portioning duties safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards within a fast-paced food production environment.
Tuesday to Saturday, starting at 6:00 AM and working until finish. Shifts may be up to 10 hours long, depending on operational requirements.
£13.02 per hour
After training and sign off
Up to £14.02 per hour / £14.92 per hour
During training
£19.53 per hour
After training and sign-off
Up to £21.03 per hour / £22.38 per hour
Overtime is paid after 40 hours worked per week.
Full training will be provided. Following successful completion of the required training and formal sign-off as competent, the basic hourly rate can increase to up to £14.02 per hour, with an overtime rate of up to £21.03 per hour.
