Job summary

Salvation Army Homes is seeking a Night Concierge for the Newhaven Foyer, a supported housing service. The role focuses on safety, building trust with residents, and providing accurate information about the service and community resources.

You will work waking nights, possibly lone working, and participate in training and development. The package includes a competitive benefits scheme and opportunities to contribute to service KPIs.

As a night concierge you will be:

  • Acquiring and providing up to date and accurate information relating to clients and the service.
  • Undertaking any necessary training/personal development identified by your Line Manager.
  • Contributing to the Key Performance Indicators set for Self, Scheme, and the wider association.

Working Arrangements

This role is based within the service, is a waking night position, and may involve lone working.

Please note that the on-call rota is shared among the team on a rolling four-week basis. On-call duties run from 8:00pm to 8:00am for overnight cover and from 8:00am to 8:00pm for daytime cover.
