Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd is currently recruiting for an experienced Repairs Planner to join a busy housing/property services team in Tonbridge on a 6-month temporary contract. • Monitor outstanding repairs and follow up on delayed or incomplete works.
• Deal with queries and resolve scheduling issues quickly and effectively.
• Update internal systems accurately with job and appointment information.
• Prioritise urgent and emergency repairs appropriately.
• Work closely with the wider repairs and housing teams to ensure a smooth service.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience working as a

Repairs Planner, Repairs Scheduler, Maintenance Coordinator or similar.

• Experience within social housing, housing maintenance or property services.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal confidently with residents and contractors.
• Good attention to detail and the ability to manage a busy workload.
• Experience using repairs management or scheduling systems.
• The ability to prioritise competing demands and work effectively under pressure.
