Partou Thornbury Day Nursery & Pre-school is seeking a Nursery Room Leader to oversee the daily running of a room and to lead a dedicated team to deliver stimulating, EYFS-aligned activities. You will foster a safe, inclusive setting and build strong partnerships with families and colleagues.

The role is full-time in Thornbury, Bristol, with emphasis on safeguarding, learning and development, and professional growth within Partou's values.

About the Role

Partou Thornbury Day Nursery & Pre-school is seeking a minimumLevel 3 Early Years qualificationnursery practitioner totake on the full-time 40 hours per week role ofNursery Room Leader, overseeing the daily running of a room and ensuring children engage in stimulating activities that support their learning and development in line with the EYFS. You willlead and inspire your team, maintain asafe and inclusive environment, and build strong partnerships with childcare colleagues and families.
