Job summary

Partou UK Limited is seeking a Nursery Room Leader for Partou Little Big Steps Day Nursery & Pre-school in Knowle, Bristol. This part-time role (30 hours/week) requires a minimum Level 3 EYFS qualification and strong leadership to oversee a room and drive engaging, development-focused activities.

You will inspire your team, ensure a safe, inclusive environment, and foster partnerships with families and colleagues while contributing to high-quality early years education.

About the Role

Partou Little Big Steps Day Nursery & Pre-school is seeking a minimumLevel 3 Early Years qualified nursery practitioner totake on the part-time30 hours per week role ofNursery Room Leader, overseeing the daily running of a room and ensuring children engage in stimulating activities that support their learning and development in line with the EYFS. You willlead and inspire your team, maintain asafe and inclusive environment, and build strong partnerships with childcare colleagues and families.
