Job summary

Partou Willowdene Day Nursery & Pre-school is seeking a full‑time Nursery Room Leader (40 hours) with minimum Level 3 Early Years qualifications. You will oversee a room, lead a team, and ensure children engage in EYFS‑aligned activities while maintaining a safe, inclusive environment.

You will build strong partnerships with families and childcare colleagues, delivering high-quality care and development opportunities in a supportive Partou setting.

About the Role
