Job summary

Partou Buttercups Day Nursery & Pre-school in Ellesmere Port, Cheshire, is seeking a Nursery Room Leader to oversee a dedicated room, lead a team, and deliver stimulating EYFS-aligned activities. This full-time role includes a £29,432 salary plus a £1,000 welcome bonus and enhanced benefits.

You will work 40 hours per week, supporting children’s learning, safeguarding, and family partnerships within a supportive Partou team.

About the Role

Partou Buttercups Day Nursery & Pre-school is seeking a minimumLevel 3 Early Years qualified nursery practitioner totake on the full-time 40 hours per week role ofNursery Room Leader, overseeing the daily running of a room and ensuring children engage in stimulating activities that support their learning and development in line with the EYFS. You willlead and inspire your team, maintain asafe and inclusive environment, and build strong partnerships with childcare colleagues and families.
