The Avenues Trust Group are seeking a Night Support Worker in Hildenborough to support five individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and communication needs during night shifts. You’ll assist with daily tasks, personal care, and helping people stay connected with friends and the community.
Full training is provided at no cost, including Health and Social Care Diplomas, with enhanced DBS paid and a flexible work pattern to support your career growth within a values‑driven team.
£25,845 per annum (pro rata (39 hours)) + £1200 complexity payment per annum (pro rata)
