Job summary

Avenues Group in Addlestone is looking for a dedicated Support Worker to join our team on a full-time basis. You’ll support young adults with learning disabilities, autism and behaviours that challenge across three 24‑hour homes and in the community.

Applicants must drive and have own vehicle with business insurance. We offer training, DBS paid, flexible hours and a competitive benefits package including pension and wellbeing support.

We are looking for Support Workers to work with us in Addlestone, supporting young adults who have learning disabilities, autism and behaviours that challenge. This will be across three 24 hour homes and supporting individuals within their own homes and their community.

This role within Addlestone Community covers; Addlestone, Chertsey and Woking areas. Staff member must drive and have own vehicle with business insurance.

• Supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy, or physical disabilities to live independently
• Helping people with everyday tasks like shopping, cooking, or managing money
• Encouraging people to connect with friends, family, and the community
• Providing personal care (with dignity and respect)
