We are looking for an experienced and values-led Senior Residential Support Worker to join our Ofsted-rated Good children's home in Swindon. This is an opportunity to take the next step in your residential childcare career, supporting young people while helping to lead, develop and inspire a team committed to exceptional care.
This is more than a senior care role. It is an opportunity to help create a home where young people feel safe, valued and understood.
