Octane Recruitment Ltd is seeking an MOT Technician for a fast-fit automotive business in Swansea, UK. The role focuses on completing MOTs and related light repair work at a busy retail centre.

Candidates must hold a valid MOT licence and have experience as a Vehicle Technician. Training for Level 3 IMI & Hybrid qualifications is provided, with uncapped OTE and a structured progression path.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid MOT licence and DVSA process knowledge.
• Experience as a Vehicle Technician required; no formal qualifications needed.
• Willingness to complete Level 3 IMI & Hybrid qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Complete MOTs on customer vehicles.
• Perform light and full-service work as required.
• Support fast-fit duties in the workshop.
• Collaborate with Service, Parts and other centre departments.
• Ensure DVSA compliance in all MOT processes.

Our client who is one of the UK's fastest growing fast-fit automotive business, are currently looking for a MOT Technician based at their retail centre in Fforest-fach.

As a MOT Technician would be responsible for completing MOTs on customers cars, as well as other light repair work. To be applicable for this role you must have a valid MOT licence, as well as experience working as a Vehicle Technician.

You do not need to be a qualified technician for this role. Our client is happy to put you through your qualifications!

OTE: Uncapped and realistic £3,600

Shift and schedule: 08:30 - 17:30 Monday to Friday; Saturdays 08:30 - 16:00 on a rota with a day off in the week.

• Have a passion for the Automotive industry and want to develop further
• Want to learn and develop your knowledge of Hybrid cars
