Job summary

Luma Education Recruitment Ltd is seeking an SEN Learning Support Assistant for a primary academy near Sutton-on-Sea on the Lincolnshire coast. The role is 1:1 support for a Year 4 pupil with autism, 8:00am to 4:00pm, Tuesday to Friday, term-time only.

The successful candidate will help the pupil access lessons, support communication using visuals and routines, and work closely with the class teacher and SENCo to promote independence and progression toward EHCP outcomes. Starts ASAP.

Qualifications

• Experience as a learning support assistant, TA, nursery worker or carer.
• Patience and clear communication with children and adults.
• Availability Tuesday to Friday, term time
• An SEN or TA qualification is welcome but not essential.

Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm, Tuesday to Friday (4 days a week), term time only

Contract: Temporary, ongoing (temp to perm potential)

Luma Education Recruitment is recruiting an SEN Learning Support Assistant for a primary academy a short drive from Sutton-on-Sea on the Lincolnshire coast. The role is 1:1 support for a Year 4 pupil with autism, paying £100 to £120 per day, Tuesday to Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm. You'll help the pupil access lessons, communicate what they need and become more independent, working with the class teacher and SENCo. Starts ASAP, ongoing.

About the Academy

An inclusive primary academy in Mablethorpe serving the surrounding coastal villages, with pupils aged 4 to 11 and a team of support staff working alongside class teachers.
