Job summary

Orchard Care Homes is seeking a Senior Care Assistant in Sunderland to lead a care team and deliver person-centred care. You will assess needs, develop care plans, supervise staff and maintain high standards of medical, physical and emotional support for residents.

You will work closely with families and healthcare professionals, advocate for dignity and independence, and participate in audits and team meetings. A Level 3 in Health & Social Care is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in elderly care or dementia support

Responsibilities
