Orchard Healthcare Group's Green Lodge Care Home in Billingham, Teeside, is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead the care team and deliver high-quality, person-centred support to residents.

Qualifications

Location: Green Lodge Care Home- The Green, Billingham , Stockton-on-Tees, Teesside, TS23 1JS

Salary: £14.30 per hour
Schedule/Hours: Day shifts, 22-44 hours per week, full-time and part-time available.

As a Senior Care Assistant, you'll play a key leadership role within our care team. You'll be responsible for assessing individual needs, developing person-centred care plans, and ensuring that medical, physical, and emotional support is delivered to the highest standard. You'll also supervise and mentor care staff, helping them grow and maintain best practices.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading and supporting the care team to deliver high-quality care
