Job summary

Octane Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician for a role in Old Trafford within a leading dealer group. You will join a skilled team, focusing on high standards of vehicle service and customer care in a busy workshop.

The position involves servicing, fault diagnosis across electrical, mechanical and hydraulic systems, and MOT duties where qualified. Competitive pay is provided with uncapped bonus and overtime potential in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving license
• NVQ, IMI, City & Guilds or Mechanical Engineering level 3 (or equivalent). We will also consider a level 2 Vehicle Technician with main dealership experience
• MOT License is beneficial but not essential

Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing and maintenance of all vehicles
• Electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic fault diagnosis and repair, this work may include warranty approved work in line with our brand parameters
• Department of Transport (MOT) testing duties (if qualified)
