You will conduct routine and complex maintenance and repairs to manufacturer standards, diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues while ensuring high customer satisfaction and accurate record-keeping.

Duties of a Vehicle Technician:

• Conduct routine and complex vehicle maintenance and repairs to manufacturer standards
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues
• Ensure high levels of quality and customer satisfaction
• Keep accurate records of work performed in accordance with industry standards
• Maintain workshop equipment and tools
• Support the ongoing training and development of colleagues
• Attend a two-day residential induction academy to familiarise with the company's processes and standards
• Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technology, including electric vehicles

Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:

• NVQ Level 2 or 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent qualification as a Vehicle Technician
• Minimum of 3 years' experience working as an automotive technician
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently and to high standards in a busy workshop environment
