Job summary

Expert Employment is seeking a Rechargeable Battery pack Assembly and Test Technician to assemble and test battery cells and packs, interpret drawings, and troubleshoot as needed.

The role requires soldering skills and familiarity with various joining methods, with a focus on safe and efficient production processes for battery components.

Qualifications

• Thin film, coating, and winding technologies exposure.
• Soldering skills, solder and flux theory and practical experience of tinning, splicing, jenkin spring, turret soldering, crimping, etc.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret assembly drawings, procedures.
• Identify components and use pertinent tools and work techniques, operate assembly equipment and tools
• Machines operation to manufacture battery cells.
• Successfully complete required safety trainings including but not limited to crane, forklift, drugs and alcohol
