Job summary

Tenpin Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to deliver a memorable guest experience across reception, events and food service. You’ll help customers, answer enquiries and spot sales opportunities while keeping the venue clean and welcoming.

Role involves working across departments, including Laser Arena, Escape Rooms and karaoke rooms. You’ll need a friendly, proactive approach and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

The Role

As a Customer Service Assistant, you'll provide an excellent customer experience by managing reception bookings, answering enquiries, identifying sales opportunities, hosting events, serving food and drinks, and keeping the centre clean, welcoming and running smoothly.

You’ll work across various departments, from running the Laser Arena and hosting Escape Room experiences to managing karaoke rooms, and hosting children’s parties. Every day will bring something new, keeping the fun flowing!

You should be efficient, proactive, friendly, and confident in customer interactions, with exceptional service as your priority.
