Job summary

Tenpin Ltd in London is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to provide an excellent customer experience at our entertainment centres. You will greet guests, manage bookings, and help create memorable experiences for families and groups.

You’ll work across various activities, from Laser Arena to Escape Room and karaoke, serving food and drinks while keeping the centre welcoming and tidy. This role requires energy, reliability and a positive attitude.

The Role

As a Customer Service Assistant, you'll provide an excellent customer experience by managing reception bookings, answering enquiries, identifying sales opportunities, hosting events, serving food and drinks, and keeping the centre clean, welcoming and running smoothly.

You’ll work across various departments, from running the Laser Arena and hosting Escape Room experiences to managing karaoke rooms, and hosting children’s parties. Every day will bring something new, keeping the fun flowing!

You should be efficient, proactive, friendly, and confident in customer interactions, with exceptional service as your priority.

Skills You Need
