The Premises Assistant will help maintain the safety, security and day-to-day operation of Marriott & Lonsdale School by carrying out routine inspections, fire safety checks, meter and plant checks, minor repairs and general maintenance. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, monitoring stock levels, reporting defects or damage, supporting contractors on site and responding to reasonable maintenance requests, while ensuring all work is completed in line with building procedures and health and safety requirements.
