Job summary

Nacro is looking for a Service Lead to join our Southampton operations, leading a team of Support Workers delivering high-quality, person-centred housing services to vulnerable adults, including prison leavers and individuals on bail.

You will ensure safeguarding, safety plans and staff performance align with KPIs, while maintaining regulatory compliance and building strong external partnerships. This role also manages rotas, resources and staff development to deliver safe, effective outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Support Workers to deliver high-quality, person-centred supported housing and housing management services to vulnerable adults, including prison leavers, individuals on bail and people with complex needs.
• Oversee safeguarding, support and safety plans, staff performance, service quality and contractual KPIs, while ensuring compliance with organisational and regulatory requirements.
• Develop effective partnerships with external agencies and commissioners, manage rotas and operational resources, support staff development, and ensure services provide safe, effective outcomes for service users.
