Job summary

TEC Partnership invites applications for the part-time role of Employability and Placement Coordinator at Skegness College. The post is 22.5 hours per week on a fixed-term basis until 30 March 2027, located at Skegness College.

The successful candidate will work closely with curricula teams and employers to create meaningful placement opportunities for learners. The role focuses on developing employer relationships, ensuring placement quality, and recording learner progress in line with health

Qualifications

• Literacy and Numeracy to at least Level 2.
• All posts are subject to Enhanced Disclosure Clearance (DBS).
• Commitment to safeguarding, equality, diversity and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate work-related learning activities for learners in collaboration with managers and in line with the curriculum plan.
• Develop and maintain relationships with employers to secure high-quality external work experience and industry placements.
• Meet targets for the number of learners accessing appropriate placements.
• Record work-related learning activity accurately and promptly.
• Coordinate with line managers and placement teams, holding regular meetings to communicate priorities and monitor progress.
