Job summary

Hunter Selection Limited is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead the QC department in a busy manufacturing setting near Sittingbourne. The role focuses on maintaining ISO 9001 compliance, driving quality improvements, and leading a small QC team to ensure robust processes.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years' experience in quality roles, strong problem solving and reporting skills, and a proven track record in internal auditing and quality methods.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a manufacturing or laboratory-based quality role.
• Strong understanding of inspection, testing, and quality control methodologies including ISO 9001 and working with certified products.
• Strong communicator and decision maker.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong communication and reporting skills.
• Internal auditing experience.

Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm (39 hours per week)

Commutable from - Sittingbourne, Gillingham, Chatham, Maidstone, Rochester, Faversham

Our client is looking for an experienced Quality Manager to join the team due to continued growth. The ideal candidate will work as part of a small team in a friendly working environment and be responsible for the QC department of the business.

Role & Responsibilities:
