Job summary

Hunter Selection are partnering with a growing manufacturing business in Bridgwater to recruit a Quality Engineer. The role focuses on strengthening process control, improving product quality and supporting customer relationships within a fast-paced operation.

You will lead investigations into non-conformances, drive root cause analysis and corrective actions, and collaborate with Operations, Engineering and Supply Chain to reduce defects and maintain high standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality engineering or manufacturing quality roles.
• Strong background in non-conformance investigation and corrective action.
• Good understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 13485 or similar standards.
• Skilled in problem-solving, data analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
• Organised, proactive and confident working with Operations, Engineering and Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main quality contact for customers, resolving issues and aligning expectations.
• Lead investigations into complaints and non-conformances, driving root cause analysis and corrective actions.

A great opportunity has arisen for a Quality Engineer to join a growing manufacturing business in Bridgwater. You'll play a key role in improving product quality, strengthening process control and supporting customer relationships across a fast-paced operation.
