Job summary

Hunter Selection is seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager in Kent. The role oversees the QC department, implements procedures to meet HSEQ standards, and drives continuous quality improvements.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in manufacturing or lab quality, strong inspection and reporting skills, and can lead a small QC team. Salary ranges £40,000–£45,000 DOE with weekly pay, 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, and a company pension.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a manufacturing or laboratory-based quality role.
• Strong understanding of inspection, testing, and quality control methodologies including ISO 9001 and working with certified products.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong communication and reporting skills.
• Desirable: Internal auditing experience and plastics experience.

Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm (39 hours per week)

Commutable from - Sittingbourne, Gillingham, Chatham, Maidstone, Rochester, Faversham

£40,000 - £45,000 DOE

Our client is looking for an experienced Quality Manager to join the team due to continued growth. The ideal candidate will work as part of a small team in a friendly working environment and be responsible for the QC department of the business.
