Skills 4 Pharmacy in United Kingdom is offering a Pharmacy Assistant Apprentice role, blending on-the-job training with a Level 2 Apprenticeship in Pharmacy Services. You will support daily pharmacy operations, help customers, and learn to process prescriptions under supervision.
The 15‑month programme combines practical work with formal training, delivering a nationally recognised qualification and hands-on experience within a busy community pharmacy setting.
As a Pharmacy Assistant Apprentice, you will support the day‑to‑day running of the pharmacy, helping customers and working closely with the pharmacy team to ensure safe and efficient service.
You will complete a Level 2 Pharmacy Services Assistant Apprenticeship alongside your role, with full training and support provided.
Duration: Typically 15 months
Training delivered alongside your job through blended learning
Apprentices must be able to commit to contracted working hours and guided learning hours

GCSEs at A-C or 4-9 or equivalent, in Maths and English desired but not essential as can be provided as part of the course.
Pharmacy Services Assistant Level 2 (GCSE) and Functional Skills if required.
This is an exciting role that will include engaging with customers and clients to provide prescription counter services, advice, housekeeping duties such as stock rotation and stock replenishment, helping to deliver a variety of public health services whilst gaining a pharmacy qualification.
