Job summary

VGS UK LTD is seeking an experienced Vehicle Diagnostic Technician in the UK. You will diagnose electrical and mechanical faults across VW Group vehicles, perform repairs, servicing and MOT prep, and use specialist diagnostic equipment to support a high-standard workshop output.

You will work with a skilled team of technicians and ensure clear communication with the service team so customers receive honest, accurate updates. The role offers full-time hours with no weekend work.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Diagnostic Technician.
• Ability to diagnose electrical and mechanical faults across multiple makes.
• Experience using diagnostic equipment in a workshop setting.

VGS is an independent Volkswagen, Audi, Seat and Skoda specialist that has been established in Keston for 17 years, with loyal customers across Keston, Bromley, Croydon, Biggin Hill and New Addington.

We're looking for an experienced Vehicle Diagnostic Technician to join our workshop team. You will:

• Diagnose complex electrical and mechanical faults across all makes and models, mostly Volkswagen, Audi, Seat and Skoda
• Carry out repairs, servicing and MOT preparation work to a high standard
• Use specialist diagnostic equipment
• Work alongside a skilled, supportive team of technicians
• Communicate clearly with the service team so customers get honest, accurate answers
