Job summary

Voyage Care are seeking a caring Support Worker for Salisbury and Amesbury to help people gain independence and improve daily living. You will work within a dynamic team, supporting personal care, daily activities, and community engagement across sites.

Typical shifts include Early (07:00–15:00), Late (15:00–22:00), Sleeps (22:00–07:00), and Long Days (07:00–22:00). The role offers a supportive environment with training and development opportunities.

• Help people gain independence in daily life.

Support Worker – Salisbury & Amesbury - £12.84 ph

Location: Salisbury & Amesbury

Typical Shifts are:

• Early Shifts – 07:00am – 15:00pm
• Late Shifts – 15:00pm – 22:00pm
• Sleeps – 22:00pm – 07:00am
• Long Days – 07:00am – 22:00pm

We’re on the hunt for genuinely caring, hands-on Support Workers who is able to work across our services in Salisbury and Amesbury with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support. As a support worker with us you'll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people!

Our supported living service in Salisbury is a welcoming and friendly environment and you can be sure that no two days will be the same! You’ll be enhancing the lives of the people we support by teaching them new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging them to access their local communities, socialising and doing lots of activities. One day you could be out with the people we support in local bars and pubs, the next you could be unwinding with them playing video games, watching films or going to the cinema.
