Voyage Care in North Petherton is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help people gain more independence and participate in daily activities. You will work with a supportive team to encourage social engagement and community access, delivering person-centered care in a welcoming residential setting.

DBS checks and references are required; prior caring experience is valued, and training is provided to help you grow within the role.

Support Worker – North Petherton - £13.18 per hour -37.5 hours a week

Shifts are: 08:00 - 20:30 Long days x 3 to include at least 1 sleep in

Our residential service in North Petherton is a welcoming and friendly environment and you can be sure that no two days will be the same! You’ll be enhancing the lives of the people we support by teaching them new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging them to access their local communities, socialising and doing lots of activities. One day you could be out with the people we support in local bars and pubs, the next you could be unwinding with them playing video games, watching films or going to the cinema.
