Bield Housing and Care is seeking a General Assistant for the Perth Hub to maintain clean, safe communal areas and assist tenants. The role involves cleaning vacant flats and external pathways and providing general and emergency support as required.
You will work flexibly across developments within the local hub, ensuring continuity for tenants and offering reliable cover for the development office when needed. This is a part-time, on-site position with a pro rata salary of £16,330.
General Assistant Opportunity at our Perth Hub. As an Assistant you will be responsible for undertaking a range of duties to ensure that internal communal areas are clean, hygienic and meet the standards expected by our tenants and visitors to the development. On occasion, the Assistant will be expected to clean vacant flats and/ or external pathways of the development and provide general and emergency assistance to tenants, as required. In addition you will respond to property emergencies, taking appropriate action when the Manager is off duty and providing cover for the development office as required.
Perth Hub, consisting of Quayside Court and Gladstone Court, offers safe and secure homes to older people, who wish to retain their independence but also want to benefit from leaving the worries of making their own meals each day to someone else.
This role requires working flexibly across all developments within the local hub in line with service needs, ensuring continuity and consistency for our tenants.
