Maritime Academy is expanding its team of Learning Support Assistants for the new September cohort. You will work under the direction of the SENCO with individual pupils and small groups, helping monitor and support progress for each student.

This role is suitable for those looking to gain SEND experience in a supportive school environment. The position is initially offered on a Fixed Term basis, providing an opportunity to contribute to student development while developing professional skills

Maritime Academy are expanding their team of Learning Support Assistants at our growing academy as we welcome our next cohort of students this September. The successful candidates will work as directed by the SENCO with individual students and groups of students, supporting with the monitoring of progress for individuals. Due to the nature of the role a patient, caring and compassionate approach is needed.
