Job summary

Willingcare in Horley, United Kingdom, seeks a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.

You will support children's learning, development, and wellbeing, while planning engaging activities and maintaining a safe, inclusive environment. The role offers progression and a supportive team in a dynamic early years setting.

Qualifications

Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

Up to £29,200 per annum | 40 Hours Per Week

The nursery provides thoughtfully designed learning environments tailored to each stage of a child's development. Spacious, bright rooms are carefully equipped to encourage curiosity, creativity, and independent learning, while dedicated outdoor spaces give children daily opportunities to explore, play, and learn in the fresh air.

With age-specific environments both indoors and outdoors, children benefit from experiences that are designed around their individual needs, helping them develop confidence, resilience, and a lifelong love of learning.

This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner looking to join a supportive team that is committed to delivering outstanding childcare and education.

What We\'re Looking For

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification
  • Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
  • Good knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A nurturing and child-centred approach to childcare
