Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader at The White Lion, Warlingham, to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of and to lead a motivated team.

You will manage menu execution, training, and stock control while upholding high standards of cleanliness and safety in a busy pub kitchen.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality kitchen and leading teams.
• Ability to train staff to high standards.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire your chefs and kitchen team to deliver food you can be proud of.
• Drive performance and smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, preparation and stock control.
