Job summary

Manpower UK is recruiting for Dispatch Operators to join a busy warehouse and logistics operation in Tandragee. This role ensures efficient receipt, storage, stock control and despatch of goods while maintaining high safety, quality and GMP compliance.

Two shift options are available: Evening shift 2:00pm-10:30pm and Night shift 10:00pm-6:30am, with pay rates starting at £13.79-£14.04 per hour and progression to £14.59 after probation and training, plus shift premiums.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year's experience in a warehouse, stores, logistics or despatch.
• Experience with stock taking, inventory control and variance adjustments.
• Knowledge of handling packaging materials, ingredients and finished goods.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong administration and IT skills.
• Working knowledge of health and safety legislation within a warehouse environment.
• Minimum 1 year's forklift truck experience.
• Valid Counterbalance, Reach Truck and/or Pallet Truck licence.
• Previous experience within a manufacturing or GMP-regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain warehouse operations in accordance with GMP standards.
• Process Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) accurately.
• Receive, store and issue packaging materials in line with production requirements.
• Ensure safe handling and movement of materials to prevent damage.
• Conduct cycle counts and stock reconciliations across inventories.
• Prepare and complete Bradley trailer documentation and paperwork.
• Load and unload lorries for incoming and outgoing goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support stock control.
• Adhere to health, safety and quality procedures.

The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for

Dispatch Operators to join a busy warehouse and logistics operation in Tandragee. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, stock control and despatch of goods while maintaining high standards of safety, quality and GMP compliance.

Shift Options

Evening Shift

• Monday to Friday
• 2:00pm - 10:30pm
• £13.79 per hour, increasing to £14.59 per hour following successful probation and completion of required training/skill set, plus shift premium

Night Shift

• Sunday to Friday
• 10:00pm - 6:30am
• £14.04 per hour, increasing to £14.59 per hour following successful probation, plus night shift premium

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain warehouse operations in accordance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards.
• Process Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) accurately.
• Receive, store and issue packaging materials in line with production requirements.
