Job summary

Willing Care Recruitment Limited is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) for a luxury nursing home in the United Kingdom. The role offers permanent day or night shifts with competitive pay of £22.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Active NMC registration as an RGN or RMN.
• Experience in a nursing home or older adult care environment.

Responsibilities

What You'll Need

Active

NMC registration as an RGN or RMN.

Previous experience working within a

nursing home or older adult care environment.

Strong clinical skills and confidence managing residents’ individual nursing needs.

Good knowledge of safeguarding, DoLS and person-centred care.

Confidence with medication management, care planning and clinical documentation.

Ability to recognise and respond appropriately to changes in residents' health.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

A compassionate and professional approach to supporting older adults.

Your Role
