Active
NMC registration as an RGN or RMN.
Previous experience working within a
nursing home or older adult care environment.
Strong clinical skills and confidence managing residents’ individual nursing needs.
Good knowledge of safeguarding, DoLS and person-centred care.
Confidence with medication management, care planning and clinical documentation.
Ability to recognise and respond appropriately to changes in residents' health.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A compassionate and professional approach to supporting older adults.

Deliver safe, effective and person-centred nursing care to residents.
Administer and manage medication in accordance with NMC standards.
Complete clinical assessments and maintain accurate care plans and records.
Monitor residents' physical and emotional wellbeing and respond to changes in their condition.
Support and guide care colleagues to maintain high standards throughout each shift.
Promote residents' dignity, independence and individual choices.
Build positive relationships with residents, relatives and external healthcare professionals.
Maintain high standards of safeguarding, infection control and clinical practice.
Work collaboratively with the wider nursing and management team to ensure residents receive consistently high-quality care.
