Qualifications

• Apprentice-trained with a strong mechanical background.
• City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 (Mechanical) or equivalent qualification.
• HNC/HND in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Confident and professional manner - client-facing experience essential.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Mechanical PPM and reactive maintenance throughout the building.
• Perform PPM on AHUs, FCUs, pumps, cooling towers and related plant.
• Maintain FCUs, AHUs, HVAC plant and related building services.
• Handle water treatment and statutory compliance tasks.
• Serve landlord and tenanted areas across a prestigious estate.
• Collaborate within a small maintenance team to deliver excellent service.

Mechanical Maintenance Engineer | Marble Arch, Central London | Up to £47,000

Are you an experienced Maintenance Engineer looking for a prestigious role in the heart of Central London?

I have an excellent opportunity to join a leading facilities maintenance company, delivering building services to a high-profile building in Marble Arch on behalf of a major property management company.

The Role

You will be responsible for carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance, ensuring statutory compliance and the smooth day-to-day operation of a landmark commercial building. This is a fantastic chance to work within a professional environment, supporting some of the UK's most prestigious blue-chip companies and financial institutions.

Monday to Friday | 8:00am - 5:00pm

Requirements

• Apprentice-trained with a strong mechanical background
• City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 (Mechanical) or equivalent qualification
