Job summary

Bimplus is seeking an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our growing building services team covering the London area. This hands-on role involves planned and reactive maintenance across mechanical plant and M&E systems, fault finding, servicing and keeping installations running safely and to high standards.

You will carry out PPMs, service pumps and pressurisation units, complete inspections, generate reports and maintain site records.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical building services, facilities management or an M&E maintenance environment.
• Relevant mechanical engineering qualifications.
• Strong mechanical fault-finding skills.
• Experience carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance.
• Experience servicing pumps and pressurisation units.
• Good understanding of Health & Safety requirements.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Flexibility to undertake occasional out-of-hours and weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance

Mechanical Maintenance Engineer. We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a well – established and growing building services company, covering the London area.

This is a hands‑on position carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a range of mechanical building services and M&E systems. You'll be responsible for fault finding, servicing and maintaining mechanical plant while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

The Role
