Job summary

Nuffield Health is seeking a confident Swim Instructor to deliver safe, effective swimming lessons at one of our fitness and wellbeing sites. You will work with swimmers of all ages, delivering both one-to-one and group sessions, aiming to inspire progress and confidence in the water.

Applicants should hold an ASA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2 qualification, have strong people skills, and enjoy helping others learn to swim while promoting our memberships and services.

Qualifications

• ASA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2 qualification required.
• Good people skills and a love for swimming.
• Experience delivering swimming lessons is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Up to £19 per hour depending on experience

As a Swim Instructor at one of our fitness and wellbeing sites, you'll need to have a ASA level 2 or Swim England Level 2 qualification, together with good people skills and a love for all things swimming. At Nuffield Health we have a variety of swimmers of all ages and abilities and run our lessons through the Swim England framework.

You will gain experience of achieving targets and working with colleagues to improve the performance of your lessons.

As a Swim Instructor you will:

Engage and inspire swimmers of all ages to achieve their swimming goals

Make the most out of every opportunity to help people learn and develop

Deliver one-to-one lessons or group classes

Be a positive role model with a fun, engaging approach

Have a talent for teaching that meets people's individual needs
