Job summary

Nuffield Health in Crawley is seeking a confident Swim Instructor to deliver safe, effective swimming lessons at our fitness sites. The role is ad-hoc on a bank basis, with pay up to £19.10 per hour depending on experience, plus benefits.

You will hold ASA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2 and bring good people skills and a love of swimming. You’ll teach one-to-one or group lessons within the Swim England framework and help members achieve their goals.

Qualifications

• Must hold ASA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2 qualification.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Ability to teach both one-to-one and group sessions.

Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.

As a Swim Instructor at one of our fitness and wellbeing sites, you'll need to have a ASA level 2 or Swim England Level 2 qualification, together with good people skills and a love for all things swimming. At Nuffield Health we have a variety of swimmers of all ages and abilities and run our lessons through the Swim England framework.

You will gain experience of achieving targets and working with colleagues to improve the performance of your lessons.

As a Swim Instructor you will:
