Sue Ryder Care is seeking a Shop Supervisor for our Sherwood shop in Nottingham. This permanent, on-site role offers 30 hours per week across four days and a pay rate of £12.79 per hour.

You will support the manager and team, drive sales, recruit and develop volunteers, maintain merchandising standards and uphold health and safety. • As Shop Supervisor you will be using your skills and retail experience to help drive sales, income and performance against targets.
• Support and motivate the team to provide excellent service to customers and donors.
• Building strong community relationships to generate quality donated stock.
• Help Recruit, train and retain a committed volunteer team.
• Support in maintaining high standards of merchandising, housekeeping and health & safety.
• Support in managing stock and EPOS processes to keep the shop fresh, seasonal and well presented.
