Job summary

The Midland hotel in Morecambe, part of The Inn Collection Group, is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join a welcoming team. You will clean guest rooms to high standards, keep public areas immaculate, and promptly report maintenance needs to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• A successful Housekeeper will be friendly and detail-oriented, able to remain calm under pressure and exceed guest expectations by responding promptly.

Responsibilities

• Your duties will include cleaning rooms to our high standards, ensuring public areas are clean and welcoming, and promptly reporting maintenance issues.
• You’ll follow safety guidelines, work to create memorable visits for our guests and manage your stocks of linen, towels, and room supplies effectively.
