Job summary

The Inn Collection Group is looking for an attentive Housekeeper at its Coniston location in the Lake District. You’ll play a key role in delivering spotless guest rooms, pristine public areas and a welcoming atmosphere that guests remember.

Training and teamwork underpin our service standards and you’ll be supported to excel in a fast-paced hospitality environment. You’ll report to the housekeeping leadership, follow safety guidelines, and help maintain stock levels while ensuring guest comfort

Responsibilities

• Clean rooms to high standards and ensure public areas are welcoming.
• Report maintenance issues promptly and manage stocks of linen, towels and room supplies.
• Work calmly under pressure and coordinate with team to create memorable guest experiences.

You’ll Fit Right Inn

At The Inn Collection Group, we are pubs with rooms— not just any rooms, but pristinely kept spaces, prepared for each guest to enjoy an unforgettable stay. This high standard is made possible by our dedicated and skilled housekeeping teams. .

A successful Housekeeper will be friendly and detail-oriented, able to remain calm under pressure and exceed guest expectations by responding promptly. As a key member of the Housekeeping team, you’ll work collaboratively, contributing to a positive and efficient work environment.

Your duties will include cleaning rooms to our high standards, ensuring public areas are clean and welcoming, and promptly reporting maintenance issues. You’ll follow safety guidelines, work to create memorable visits for our guests and manage your stocks of linen, towels, and room supplies effectively.
